Managing Director:

  • Extensive experience of sustained successful leading and managing complex commercially-led organisations, such as local authority trading companies (LATCs) or social enterprises
  • Extensive direct experience of leading and managing a large and diverse health and social care workforce in social care (public/private/voluntary sector), and the NHS or direct health delivery services (public/private/voluntary sector), in organisations with a significant budget and of comparable complexity
  • A track record of successful management of equivalent resources – both staff and budgets
  • Extensive experience in leading effective and successful contract negotiations with commissioners, setting standards for the delivery of high quality best-value new or renewed social and health care services
  • Experience of working in a politically sensitive environment and an understanding of the flexibility such an environment requires

Terms of Appointment

A base salary of up to £100k

The post will be based at our offices in Walton-Upon-Thames, Surrey, but is also likely to involve extensive travel across Surrey and beyond.
